Is it Fanfiction or Plagiarism? Do I mind fanfiction? Nope, I don't! I love the idea that the worlds and people I've created feel real enough to a reader that they want to play too! I'll even post your fanfiction on the website here so you can share it with others but I have some things to ask... Give me credit, mention both that the world and characters are my copyright and if you're nice, give me a link too Drop me an email letting me know where it's been posted at, I'd love to see it!! DON'T STEAL MY PLOTS DON'T STEAL MY CHARACTERS AND CALL THEM YOUR OWN DON'T STEAL MY WORLDS AND CLAIM YOU CREATED THEM THAT is plagiarism NOT fanfiction and it is totally against the law, illegal and just plain Wrong. Don't do it, just don't. If you'd worked hard to create original worlds, series or stories you wouldn't want someone else claiming it was theirs. Fanfiction is generally accepted to be using someone else's characters or fictional worlds to write your own original plots and stories with and in. I think that's nifty snazzy cool. Don't claim you created them, don't steal the plots/scenes/chapters from my novels, and please give me credit. When in doubt, email me! I'm not an ogre, normally, if I've had a decent amount of sleep anyway... even if you want to write a scene to a posted story or a what if situation, I'm most likely going to say yes but ask me first if you're worried about if your idea crosses a line from fun and fair to illegal and wrong! Thanks everyone... you wouldn't think I'd have to say all that but you'd be surprised!!!
